Early beginnings 

I, Kenneth E Bartle, have sought to re-purpose the Australian government over the past twelve years. My initial introduction to that topic came from the work of the Novelist/philosopher Ayn Rand in 1965. I used her objective philosophy throughout my career in house design and town planning, retiring with an address to the World Environment Symposium in 2007. [Climate change is a lie.] Five years later I filmed my son's video "What the FUQ," Frequently Unanswered Questions of the Australian government. That began my quest into bogus government, where I questioned common law and found no satisfaction; natural law theory debunked likewise. Theories are not factual. Turning to human consciousness as a last resort, I discovered neuroscience freely admits it does not know what consciousness is or how it works. So I resolved to find out, and I did.

Astounding results - off the charts!

Not only did I discover personal benefits beyond measure, but I also found twenty natural laws never before spoken of, save one. Plus, I discovered nine higher conscious faculties (50% more than science reports). As a result, nature's governing laws render all positive (man-made) statutes and legislations void and obsolete. More recently, in preparing my 4th book, I discovered an objective philosophy nearly identical to Rand's and emanating from our conscious nature. My unrelenting pursuit of truth in the face of all obstacles revealed the clue that made it possible. The mental (ignorance) barrier is busted. Stay sharp, all those who believe a new era is dawning for humanity, unlike anything ever witnessed in history!

Books - Biometric ID 

I published the findings in my book, Law from Within 2017. Research continued, and for 18 months, I wrote a blog concerning consciousness, law, and intrinsic natural law. C19 insanity hit with a vengeance in 2020 dramatising urgent need to rid the world from authoritarian rule. In 2022, I republished the (same) much enlarged 2017 knowledge in two books. Conscious Ascendance (concerning consciousness), and Navigate to Freedom (concerning natural law). Around 2012, I drafted a (universal) Constitution of Man (CoM) not for man. Its Charter of Individual Rights originates within Man's nature, not artificial edicts.

Additionally, around 2013, I devised a (universal) biometric ID system that attests to the life of every man and woman, thus canceling every known fake ID that arrogantly denies life in favour of legal entities, aka 'straw men.' This system, now computerised, delivers ID in two forms, plus a security device for fraud or theft detection. [Good riddance, all you fictional identities; you never had a leg to stand on.]

Thus, the ID is one's private property, and all non-consented use or surveillance is outlawed. Biometric ID is now dual-copyrighted as founded in life, doubles as a private bank number, and has private car ID plates identical for up to nine different cars, plus potential passport use, all exclusive of government. It has been used in the United States by ‘American State Nationals’ for two years and is available in Australia.

Declaration of Independence

In August 2021, I wrote a 'Declaration of Independence' for all Australians. This document employs the same three parts as the American 1776 Declaration, but lawfully attuned to natural law and Australia. Of the minor amendments made since, none concern the founding basis of life and natural law in our nature, nor will such amendments ever be made absent the Creator's approval. Natural laws innate in our nature far surpass the Ten Commandments, especially given that nature outlawed authoritarian commandments from day one. Notwithstanding that natural law theory essentially fills the mental vacancy today, its inadequacy assists the same disaster. People see no end to this disaster and never will until they discover Intrinsic Natural Law gifted by the Source Creator for their practice and blissful emancipation.

Constitutional aims

In 2023, I restructured my 2019 Constitution for Australia based on the original CoM. It now sits in the 'intrinsic natural law' category as the first in history. A 'Protectorate' society, thus fashioned, has no politicians, no government, and no parliament. Different bodies of people are elected to protect every individual's right to life and property. Since these rights and governing laws are intrinsic when born, Man cannot write them as 'positive laws.' The national 'Protectorate' has a President who presides since there can be no prime minister with no ministers. Each state protectorate has a Governor, not for the people, but for the (constitutional) Members of the protectorate – much like the CEO of a company. All (elected) protectorate members and the people necessarily learn the principles of self-governance, which is the only form of lawful governance possible.

Operational (employee) rules strictly apply to (internal) Protectorate functioning and operations, not to the people. The laws of nature are integrally locked into the Constitution and Declaration of Rights up front, fully consented to by nature's source Creator, and thus indisputable. The only people who dissent will be those who reject their born nature, which instantly nullifies their refusal to secure your protection.

The constitution structures the Protectorate in Part One but remains easily altered, provided its prime intent is not. All services (fire, ambulance, etc.) stay like they are now.

Part two is a Charter of Individual Rights that, like the US Second Amendment, spells out that no protectorate can make any rule to cancel or deny individual rights. Additionally, and most importantly, all those protections are vitally protected!

A police force and judiciary exist, of course. Local councils administer local issues as they do now but have no power to command the people since they expressly employ them.

Intrinsic Natural Law is presently known to fewer people than can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Because no science yet knows what consciousness is or how it works, natural laws are not known. Instead, man-made statutes and legislations thrive unhindered, centred on the flawed belief that government is critically indispensable to all societies. No alternative is believed possible; thus, none is sought.

Because no one can alter human nature, none can alter individual (constitutional) rights. Therefore, this newly proposed Australian society looks much like it does now outwardly. But with secure protection against all evil forbidden by nature's source creator, no authoritarian commands can ever exist again. My 4th book, now in development, covers 'Protectorates' more fully.

People must fully comprehend that natural law is incompatible with all forms of (man-made) positive law, whereby no mix is possible. Positive law prescribes actions. Natural law adjudicates actions - the exact opposite. Positive law compels compliance and threatens punishment. Intrinsic natural law invites, rewards , and protects life and free will. The people's task today is to correct wrong thinking and smash the ignorant belief that people must bow to authoritative tyrants when they do not have to. Problem is, today’s people do not know what to change, why, or how. Once they see Source Creators' beneficence in its true light, a societal change will catch on like wildfire and spread across the country. Personal and societal freedom will explode.

People who desire free societies absent authoritarian rule must learn what has (past) prohibited them and what will now enable them. Better than repairing society, our task is to structure a new societal model that makes the old redundant. Any new constitution must incorporate these intrinsic natural laws that invigorate ethical, moral, and lawful guidelines. Fail, and past harms and destructions repeat all over. Much of this information is highly sensitive. [Be very careful with whom you share this work.]

An upheaval of this astonishing magnitude is unprecedented. The work is for seriously committed adults, educators, and mentally tough people willing to grasp intrinsic natural law foundations and terms of reference to ensure all past authoritative bodies suicide themselves, leaving no return possible. The further you go on this path, the simpler it gets!

Those willing to study intrinsic natural law foundations will profit enormously. Those who work to establish its lawful preeminence in society as its 'founders' will plant Australia's freedom on the world stage, likely a world first! Comprehension will build on itself. Read, study, and learn from this free literature. Skip over any difficulties and return as your knowledge grows. You and your offspring 1000 years from now will benefit beyond anything dreamt! Free societies are a revolutionary change never witnessed in human history.
