2. Intrinsic natural law is a fact of nature

Full Consciousness, Objective philosophy, Intrinsic natural law

Until people awaken to the fullness of freedom and the right to self-govern and responsibly act upon that right, they will have neither rights nor freedom.

Intrinsic Natural Law is virtually unknown, but it is the societal remedy humanity now searches for. It requires knowledge of innate natural law and its incumbent responsibilities, plus actioned exercise of our right to sovereign self-mastery within the individual rights and protection for all others.

A propensity to evil

Emanuel Kant offered that man’s propensity towards evil is deeply ingrained in human nature and corrupts our power. Resultant dark world programming offers that (good) reasonable people cannot exist, whereby ‘rulers ‘(elites, bloodlines, cabal) must rule humanity, hence the mindset that government rule is unavoidable. Additionally, Thomas Hobbes held that the ‘State of nature is a state of anarchy, an existence on Earth that is nasty, brutish and short. It has no law to govern it, save “might makes right.” In Hobbes’s State of Nature, there is no place for practical reason and no room for conscience. Instead, one’s ambitions are only held in check by external constraints, mainly fear.

A Propensity to Good

Thomas Aquinas purportedly countered those arguments via his natural law theory, offering that man has a propensity to do good (witness help during acts of God), and this inbuilt morality allows man to resolve what natural law is. Hence theorised natural law birthed common law, its three basic tenets being that we do no harm, cause no loss, and accept responsibility for our actions. In short, this theory holds that we each possess an innate morality and that it prescribes the theory of ‘natural law.’ The whole concept fails, tragically, because if we are each born with an innate morality, then our minds are biased, and we’ve no free will.

The social contract

So-called leaders rejected Natural law five hundred years ago. They replaced it with a theoretical construct of the ‘state of nature,’ their nonsensical beliefs permitting the ‘Social Contract.’ Unsurprisingly, it became popular in the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries and grew among its theorists to explain the need for government and the obligations of its subjects. Accordingly, all individuals forfeit their natural freedom in exchange for protection by the State, all premised on theorising that nature is an anarchical condition having no law. Logically, more care is devoted to State organisation than to the people it reputably serves, Unfortunately, no one saw the glaring mistake, or they chose to ignore it, thus authoritarian rule cements today’s social disaster as done throughout all history.

Neither Kant nor Aquinas acknowledges that a biased mind from birth gives full rein to authoritative rule that underscores all empires, dictatorships, governments, and corporatised ruling bodies. Thus, any new constitution that fails to quash the deeply entrenched mindset of the (imperative) dictatorial rule is not a new constitution at all – instead, an amended repetition of past authoritarian control ripe for more infiltration.

Our capacity for action diminishes, and our understanding of its motives fades to nil as the State expands. Its immense machinery empties the world of all sensible standards, canceling all references and benchmarks. Its legislations and statutes command everyone what they must do and not do. Inferred power forces compliance without question. Accordingly, the State creates and fertilises an artificial “state of nature.” The people must then adapt to this artificial nature as animals do, whereby our true creative nature is smashed almost beyond repair. Such insanity is called ‘consent of the governed,’ the root foundation of democratic sufferance.

Intrinsic Natural Law - Creator’s Consent to live and prosper

Intrinsic natural law shows the exact reverse is true, a vitally significant game-changer. ‘Intrinsic natural law’ is not a product of human morality, as (innate) morality theorises. Instead, it is the Creator’s gift of the very means by which our mind functions. People discover morality through thoughts and experiences, thus enabled to prosper and thrive as never taught before. So, we can generate ethical thoughts that fuel our choices. Thereafter, our actions manifest our morality (or immorality). Mental efficacy, freedom, and creative ability all skyrocket with emotional and spiritual joy, while stress diminishes to near nil.

No invention is necessary. Our discovery and practice are, since these laws govern our faculties, thus defining ethics and morality precisely and factually. They govern our inbuilt processes, but none rule our free will. That is protected absolutely!

A complete overturn

Consequently,’ intrinsic natural law’ turns the ‘natural law theory of morality’ on its head. Morality is stripped from the public domain and placed in the private domain where it belongs. Societal freedom requires knowledge of intrinsic natural law and its incumbent responsibilities, plus actioned exercise of our right to sovereign self-mastery within the individual rights and protection for all others.

Because natural law never found its roots, it knows nothing of the beautiful flower that properly should have bloomed worldwide.

Thus achieved, societies such as we’ve never witnessed are ours for the will to build them. Societal ‘collectivism’ is categorically denied while reinforcing collaboration and cooperation. Today, we are within striking distance of expansive freedom, joy, peace, harmony, and spiritual attainment on a global scale. Consciousness reveals free, self-governing societies, each respectful of others, in which police and the judiciary protect living men, women, and children from harm. All who step outside natural law are (self) confessed outlaws. No judge rules against them – they have already ruled against themselves. The truth is coming out as humanity transitions to a new level of social freedom never witnessed in history.

My descriptions of full consciousness have slain that beast at last. Natural law is an intrinsic fact, not a theory!

“Law’ is natural law and nothing else.” - Frank van Dun, Philosopher of Law.

The root of natural law is life. When people switch consciousness from physicality to life itself, they perfectly grasp the absolute necessity to protect it and (importantly) protect the means to do so. Intrinsic natural law is an objective science, not a theory. It governs the consequences of our actions as it must since inaction is not governable. No preemptive direction or command can exist. Accordingly, law enforcement and law enforcement officers (LEOs) no longer exist. That done, orderliness can be surveilled and monitored by ‘peace officials’ to arrest all trespassers or violations of the natural law (order). (Refer to definitions and meanings.)

Aristotle came closer to the truth than any other intrinsic natural law advocate. He rejected subjectivism about the good.

“What makes it true that something is good is not that it stands in some relation to desire, but instead that it is somehow perfective or completing of a being. And, what is perfective or complete of a being depends on that being’s nature. So, for example, what is good for an oak tree is completing or perfecting it, which depends on what it is by nature.”

Natural law is now simple and scientific. Your ‘nature’ is that of ‘Life’ expressing itself. So what is completing or perfective of you is perfective of life. Add that your heart and lungs perform the same way as your conscious process and all their governing laws are perfect for you and your life. That means there can be no debate without first rejecting your nature as the means to perfect life.

And that utterly nonsensical cancellation of nature is precisely what the ‘social contract’ (government) perpetrators have done unto themselves, willingly, without force or coercion.

No one teaches anything about the twenty natural laws innate in every man, woman, and child on Earth, save one. Nonetheless, I am not alone in grasping the juristic essence of intrinsic natural law as a science and a matter of jurisprudence. Therefore, I heartily commend your study of natural law through the many works of Frank van Dun, a Dutch philosopher of law. My work and his are now available to students of jurisprudence. Most importantly, van Dun shows the precise differences between natural law and all Positive (artificial) law.
