Intrinsic Natural Law & ‘Protectorates’
Reasoning:
Mental sciences admit not knowing what consciousness is or how it works. Horrendous problems result. 1. Assumptions grow out of presumptions. No authenticity, validity, or correction is possible; hence, the problem magnifies unchecked. 2. Authoritarian domination and control, propaganda, political correctness, anxiety, stress, and trauma run rampant with no one understanding why, much less its remedy. 3. No one grasps the conscious process; hence, its governing laws (not unlike a factory) remain hidden. 4. As a result, natural law theory asserts 'common law' authenticity, assisting further domination and control. No personal or social remedy appears. Authoritarian rule is accepted and seldom questioned, resulting in a mindset of rule and authority never disputed.
Recently revealed conscious knowledge rips that world disaster to shreds and good riddance. 'Intrinsic natural law' emerges to certify that all outside its bounds is outlaw behaviour, no dispute possible without a trespasser relinquishing their nature, which instantly nullifies their dispute.
That monumental blockbuster introduces a second. All that we (falsely) call law (statutes, positive law, legislation) are rendered invalid. Why? Because our born nature reveals twenty intrinsic natural laws that render all legislation and statutes void from inception. No one can refute these laws without denying their born nature, thus invalidating their claim.
A most astonishing crowning glory now holds the key to any nation's independence from all trespass, foreign and domestic.
All statutes and positive law legislation endorse your (believed) gift to the state via the (overused) common phrase 'consent of the governed.' We agree to every form of totalitarian control over our lives. Whether a monarchy, empire, socialism, communism, common law, or democracy, we're the victims. The whole (state) structure is founded on your approval, wittingly or unwittingly, willingly or unwillingly, legally or by compulsion. That's all par for the course.
Now, observe the exact opposite. 'Intrinsic natural laws' endorse the Creator's gifts to you – NOT your gift to the state! That turnaround is mindblowing. More than just living, you're wholeheartedly approved (by your Creator) to employ his gifted means to thrive and prosper without limits, provided you respect the reciprocal rights of all others.
Here is what humanity has never learned in millennia. The Creator bestowed his consent for you to (respectfully) live. Unless the so-called 'government' protects Creator gifts to you from usurpation, violation, or trespass, it automatically outlaws itself.
No man or woman, in any government, at any time, or in any place, can overrule your Creators' consent without voluntarily relinquishing their 'born' nature. They cannot deny or forbid what is yours by sacrificing their own creation!
Sure, these people can invent ‘legal entities’ such as ‘persons,’ ‘citizens’ ‘officers,’ or any other damnable name they ascribe to 'legal entities,' but no such inventions can write with a pen, answer the phone, or press Z on a keyboard without (manifestly) confessing they act as a man or a woman. Thus, no matter what they legislate, command or statute enforce via some fictional entity or other (legal) officeholder, their human action is their human choice, period. Under the Nuremberg Code, their actions unequivocally trespass intrinsic natural law; guilty of trespassing life and property consented by our Creator.
No legal protagonist has a (flesh and blood) leg to stand on! Thus, our moral and lawful task is to inform these errant minds of their guilt confession.
