9. What is a Strawman?

What is a Strawman? It is a fictional, dead, legal entity – a complete fraud.  Today’s legal frameworks deny men’s and women’s lives in our natural world. Current legal and political sociopaths order that men and women are artificial beings, ‘citizens,’ legally defined by the rules of the state in contravention of their born nature. These fraudulent inventions are (our) straw man. They are NOT you and me. It’s all a fiction!

Citizens have no rights except by the legal authority that permits and regulates their existence and liberties. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) (in articles 6 and 15) names ’a legal personality’ and ’a nationality’ as the things people have a right to. But don’t get excited. Article 29(3) smashes all of them! 

Having wiped living men and women out of existence via an imposed legal personality and a nationality, ‘citizenship’ means nothing but paper-contrived legal existence in the state, absent which a person is reportedly a stateless nobody. ‘Citizens’ (and the word ‘persons’) are dead, fictional, legal entities, denied all right to life but what serves the state. The whole psychopathic structure is premised on death.

Authority, backed by force, is an act of violence, the opposite of all benefits it authoritatively supports. Governments purportedly uphold individual rights, but people’s lives ruled by the government serve to protect them, not you. Your freedom vanishes, and rule magnifies. Your subordination is the road to communistic tyranny.

Force and mind are opposites. Matters of truth and value can be determined only by the voluntary consent of the human mind. However, governments are essentially policemen with guns and clubs that settle disputes by initiating force.

The truth is that ‘Life’ determines what is true or false and what is of value, not government officials, voting majorities, Senate members or Supreme Court justices.

No government or majority can be allowed to crush individuals who source new knowledge and improvement. No government can be permitted to deny or restrict people’s free will rights to knowledge and values.

Governments relish our entrapment precisely because our forfeited freedom upholds their tyranny in full. Sadly, many so-called ‘freedom’ groups champion democracy as their means to freedom, never realising they are unwittingly serving the oligarchs they seek to escape. No society is considered possible outside of these invented, enforced legalities; thus, no one believes that any alternative might exist. Nothing will change until we awaken to this crime against humanity and eliminate it.

Observe the hidden process. Governments inject rules into our awareness, which overrule our whole mental process threatening dire consequences for non-compliance. We are denied free will to choose other than what is ruled by them. We have no remedy because no one knows what consciousness is. The real tragedy is far worse. Ruling bodies and governments expect we will adapt to the manufactured legal environment as if that were nature itself, and we are animals. The result is that people are brainwashed and don’t know it. They’ve no (conscious) means to escape if they did know. So they cling to their captors and the government, never understanding how they consent to be hostages to corporatised enslavers ignorantly prized as elitists. Known as the Stockholm syndrome, 99% of the world’s population prizes bondage higher than freedom and continually votes to preserve it.

Thomas Jefferson told us —

If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilisation, it expects what never was and never will be.

We are all born into the jurisdiction of life. ‘Creator’s natural law’ and our rights to life are encrypted within each of us. Free will remains intact thereby, while any dispute concerning one’s rights is a matter for our Creator, not for a court of law.

We, with all others, were born free, but so-called ‘rulers’ chose to depart the jurisdiction of life. They choose to be straw men which means they choose to premise their lives on death. Their choice to vacate the ‘jurisdiction of life,’ confirms that we as living men and women are wholly independent of the State’s legality! State legislation now applies only to them, not us.

Please grasp the monumental importance of that conclusion. Sociopathic authorities fully confirm that we, as flesh and blood living beings, are divorced from all of their statutes by their choice to reject their born nature. They chose to vacate life — thus we are free to live ours.

‘Law’ (ius naturale) does not prescribe how we ought to behave; instead, it informs how nature works, much like the law of gravity. The ‘orderliness’ of ius, (Latin for Law) is how nature governs itself. But we’re not taught that truth. Instead–

• Authoritarian rulers prescribe our awareness (of what is required).
• We accept this story, believing all is for the good of the people.
• Their indoctrinations are unknowingly uploaded to our subconscious minds as our accepted values.
• We act accordingly and are emotionally rewarded for having complied with their edicts.
• These propagandised values, once automated, endorse Authoritarian rule without us ever knowing it.

That is how covert mind control maintains authoritarian rule to our detriment. They know it and we don’t.

People who choose to violate the governing laws of nature or nature’s God relinquish their right to so choose in that instant. To choose harm is to reject life. It also means we agree to remediate and endure restoration, respecting that particular transgression. We could have chosen not to. Accordingly, those people who choose harm accept full accountability for remediation restitution or recompense as Natural Justice may determine appropriate. As mentioned, alternate choices are always available, mitigating circumstances admitted.

Identity is crucial. Living beings and straw men have very different identifiable characteristics. Neither one can be the other. Our flesh and blood identity can see, taste, smell, and hear, but no legal entity has legs, arms, a torso, a mind or a brain. As inert, lifeless, dead, fictional entities, they cannot do a single thing you or a government might instruct. No strawman can attend court, file for bankruptcy, buy an airline ticket or even brush their teeth because they have none. 

We can establish our identity through a biometric ID that encrypts our gender, blood group, and the minute we take our first breath. Legal entities have no such identifiable properties. Consequently, where intrinsic natural law and biometric ID preside, admiralty law and Maritime law are denied.

Do you innerstand?

Legality has usurped the word ‘understand’ to mean ‘stand under.’ Court judges frequently bark instructions, concluding, “Do you understand,” meaning, do you stand under me? Answer yes, and you do.

Increasingly, as a result, people are changing their vocabulary to replace ‘understand’ with the (invented word) “inner-stand,” meaning ‘comprehend.’ Why would they do such a thing?

It may be acceptable in a courtroom to say, “I innerstand and comprehend,” because that retort rebuts the fraudulent legal system. But in everyday conversation, no, because as a living man or woman, you stand in sovereignty, proudly, gratefully, and humbly under nature’s source creator.

It pays handsomely to “stand under” your Creator, exercising the gifted rights of your living identity, because no legal practitioner can (voluntarily) refute them without relinquishing theirs, thus cancelling their dispute.

Do you now understand your gifted rights?

Do you understand how governments criminally steal them without you knowing?

What more must you understand to retrieve them?
