Societal benefits arise from intrinsic natural law, but this list of 63 will always remain incomplete. When the people enact a free (Protecture) society, countless unforetold and unpredictable benefits will arise.

Let’s begin with the definition of natural law

Natural law is the set of universal, eternal, and immutable conditions governing behavioural consequences of volitionally conscious beings. Without respect for these precepts intrinsic within man’s nature, no one can preserve the peace and happiness of society. 

5 Natural law tenets aid our social lives

  • Natural law is objective, not subjective  (ditto for our personal life)
  • Natural law upholds independent human life (ditto for our personal life)
  • Natural law grants no authority
  • Natural law refuses all authority
  • Natural law admits no trespass; hence, protection is assured

14 Aspects of organic, symbiotic societies–

Unlike anything ever witnessed, it is all yours for your will to achieve.

  • An organic society consists of free, independent people living according to their choices, among their likes. All people respect the natural law of the human world in their mutual dealings and interactions.
  • Convivial order is that of adults living as responsible and caring people. Their society is the meeting, exchanging, and parting, or freely entering into or exiting from more or less stable relationships on peaceful and friendly terms within a goodwill atmosphere.
  • All people are free to the extent that others treat them peacefully, fully respecting their rights, work, and property. Mutual respect, one for another within the physical domain of which they are the author, certifies orderliness within the ‘natural law.’
  • People live together as independent beings without being urged to engage in any joint enterprise or social interaction, not unlike a commune. Friendly relations among strangers share nothing but their humanity. Respect accepts others’ uniqueness, speech, individuality, personal integrity, and property.
  • Individual freedom allows opportunity and facilitates negotiations, actions, and outcomes, yet allows free exit, absent force, fraud, or coercion. Individuals freely pursue their goals separately and lawfully, in the company of, or collaboratively with others. Business contracts are personally and responsibly warranted, not committed by office, title, position, company, or corporation.
  • No organisational or statutory purpose exists, although cultural ethics may predominate. No authority exercises direction, rule, or control, meaning no government may exist because such forfeits the nature and integrity of that society.
  • Nothing establishes rulers or rule. No individual or group owns society, controls it, or is responsible or answerable. No common goal exists but for freedom, protection, and preservation. Moral guidance comes through education.
  • Direction and influence may exist in the social order, e.g., from elders and those of great wisdom. Still, no positions of power exist to exert influence or command anyone. Participants abide by the natural laws of societal orderliness.
  • All problems are resolved through diplomatic negotiations or an appointed judge or arbitrator, remembering that no one who seeks resolution can become the negotiator’s or judicial agent’s subject.
  • Those who step outside natural laws choose to be outlaws; such actions automatically confirm a trespasser’s agreement to suffer all consequences arising. All matters dealing with the arrest of violence, fraud or coercion, justness, justice, remediation, recompense, and compensation accord with intrinsic natural law. No social, organic order can wage war!
  • The new Nation and its lawful parameters found on un-erasable self-governance are intrinsic in all its people, consented by the Source Creator.
  • No need exists for a majority vote when every individual’s right to life and property is guaranteed and protected by a Constitution document whose rights and terms’ are expressly those of nature’s source creator. 
  • Whomsoever disagrees with their nature instantly (self) nullifies their dispute. Thus, no man or group holds a blank check on power over others.
  • The institution of free, organic societies properly founded on our human nature is now in our hands. Nothing has precedence, is more relevant, or more urgent.
  • Sovereignty is little more than an ethical mind engaging in moral activities and accepting responsibility and liability for one’s actions.
  • Sovereignty of the people means divorce from all who would violate self-mastered autonomy, all foreign and domestic agencies, corporations, and governments themselves.

17 Societal Benefits Implore (protected) self-governance.

Any society that authorises a state to rule it by force deserves all the tyranny and bloodshed that ‘authority’ approves.

  • Authoritarian beliefs concerning ethics and morality are no longer relevant, all replaced by nature’s precedents.
  • Nature’s model orchestrates a culture of fifty trillion individual cells and organs, all authored by our free will. Yet, we’ve only eight billion people on Earth. Consequently, no better precedent exists than natural self-governance, with all rights, freedoms, comforts, and securities protected.
  • Authoritarian government switches to self-governance under natural law.
  • All ‘collectivised’ jurisdictional claims over ethics and morality are invalidated.c
  • Individual rights reign supreme because freedom and prosperity begin with the nature of what we are as living flesh and blood beings, not who we are.
  • Convivial society results from moral actions in aggregate. 
  • Independence, one from another, enters with respect for each other.
  • Co-operation amongst equals, or one’s likes, results in mutual benefit.
  • Morality is the outward manifestation of ethically based principles that uphold life-sustaining actions. Conversely, immorality manifests a lack or refusal of ethical considerations, moral discipline, or justness.
  • Pregnant mothers are free to refuse any medical practice or procedure that may cause harm to themselves or the foetus at any time during the term of pregnancy absent the mother’s autographed consent of full written disclosure inclusive of the practitioner’s admission of liability.
  • Nature’s societal model is fully complete. We need only transpose its twenty personal laws into society. 
  • We have no life without the individual, unalienable right to live it. We must also have the independent, inalienable right to the fruits of our labour, to produce what sustains our lives.
  • Those who prize ethics and morality as spiritual progenitors of life relish the objective virtues of ‘Living Justice’ because others learn from joint dealings. Moral actions are the flip side of natural justice.
  • Because respecting the equal rights of all others is essential, the value exchange system encrypted in our conscious process is the Creator’s perfect model for societal harmony.
  • Peace-loving, organic societies the world has never witnessed are eminently possible and insisted by nature; all contrary legislations consigned to history.
  • No free society supporter truthfully admits or to wilful agreement of tyranny, slavery, initiated violence, and wars.
  • The benefits of previous local and Interstate trade may blossom globally.

19 Necessary protections of protection are beneficially essential

  • Maintaining the supreme value of life on which consciousness depends protects it.
  • Free will, forever preserved by nature, testifies to nature’s irrevocable consent and insists that society must also protect free will.
  • Natural law theory, common law, and all forms of positive law have no authenticity or merit. Hence, society must be protectively subordinate to life, not vice versa.
  • Human trafficking or trafficking of any human body parts or fluid, whether prenatal, infant, child, or adult, is strictly outlawed, or else life itself is unprotected.
  • Rights are inherent within the born nature of every man, woman, and child, whereby all rulers who dispute those facts dispute their nature, automatically rendering all disputes or protests invalid and void from pronouncement.
  • People’s failure to protect their unalienable right to life and inalienable right to the fruits of their labour amounts to their approval for people to be forcibly ruled, harmed, or both.
  • Protection of our unalienable right to life and inalienable right to our property from violation and usurpation is essential, or protection is naught.
  • Our auto-immune and endocrine systems, plus communication between our two minds, amply demonstrate our verified right to bear arms and protect against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
  • Any action that trespasses or violates another’s life automatically sacrifices their right to choose, meaning only innocent people are free.
  • All who step outside intrinsic natural law to become outlaws bring the total weight of natural justice to bear on themselves.
  • All who choose to be outlaws will relinquish their right to freedom as a consequence of their actions since self-destruction is the only destructive right they possess.
  • All (freedom) dissenters must face the fact they have abandoned their nature, automatically negating their every dispute. They give up their freedom willingly.
  • Aggressors wilfully confess responsibility for remedy: restoration of the natural order.
  • No judge must rule against them because they have already ruled against themselves.
  • You can’t cheat nature without paying the price.
  • Natural justice steers offenders back to an ethic-based morality. Justice is the correction or restoration of the natural order, therefore, not punishment.
  • Recompense may be involved, although mitigating circumstances may prevail.
  • Authoritarian governments are rendered obsolete. Self-governance under natural law is their replacement. Nothing excels.
  • So thorough and complete is this social model that all criminal violators and trespassers are relegated to outlaw status by their own free choice.

8 Protecture Constitutional benefits.

  • By these means, the Nation’s hallmark is the Rights and Laws of Nature encrypted within the nature of every man, woman, and child as set out in the (Constitutional) Charter of Individual Rights.
  • Thereby established, no ‘person’ or Sentient Living Being may initiate the use of physical force or violate another’s life, save for (self-defence) arresting any initiating party. 
  • Protecture governance has no function but to delineate, enact, and uphold our Intrinsic Natural Laws, Rights, and freedoms for perpetuity.
  • All of today’s crimes against the Nation’s people as indisputable facts warrant people’s immediate divorce from all authoritarian rule, allowing their self-chosen demise forthwith.
  • Immorality and injustices are exposed whereby (outlaw) practitioners confess criminal action.
  • No objection can be raised without disputing human nature, instantly and automatically cancelling the objection.
  • People’s divorce from all governments, their affiliations, and treaties with all corporate or governmental entities, whether foreign or domestic, is conclusive and final, 
  • Multiple additional reservations also apply as specified in the Charter of Individual Rights within the Constitution.

There you have it: Sixty-three clear-cut societal benefits in a world where everyone moves freely through life with radiantly clear knowledge of their true potential, spiritual purpose, and connection to the Source of everything. This opportunity is now on Australia’s doorstep, indeed all other Nations, all for the knowledge and willpower to achieve and protect their freedoms!
