Fire is not fought with Fire
Fire is not fought with fire. The dark era of rule is dead. It’s time to turn the table in our favour, leaving all butchers of freedom to face the dire consequences of their (death-premised) choice.
Emancipated Freedom is available to all who will choose it. Although a so-called ‘freedom movement’ has gained traction over the past few years, most of its adherents accept authoritarian rule, believing nothing else is possible. But rule defies nature itself. No fix is possible. Authoritarian rule fails, period!
Legality is premised on death, not life. Psychopathic tyrants vacated the life realm into which they were born—by inventing a death-based (legal) jurisdiction. We did not. Every attempt we make to escape their legal imprisonment confesses our acceptance of their legal death premise, which instantly cancels our claim, and they know it. That is insanity!
The new era is life’s supremacy and our free will to live divinely as the Creator intended. There is no going back, nor will anyone who prizes life’s joys want to. We must attest to our lives. This article suggests what this new age may look like in material terms. Its spiritual accomplishments far excel, meaning blessed divinity is within our grasp and our free will choice.
Triumph in emancipated Freedom
Emancipated freedom is sought worldwide, but few know how to achieve it. Nature refuses to allow evil to succeed. It rebukes or wipes out those who pursue it.
Those who comprehend that principle will triumph by exercising the tool of life that evil parties voluntarily renounce.
Once you understand how life works, biologically and psychologically, you will recognise how today's authoritarian (governmental) death premise will never succeed, as amply testified by history.
Life is not a battle between good and evil. It is taking charge, mastering the good as sovereign individuals, leaving evil the choice to amend its ways or self-destruct.
Protection of one’s rights and right to life is morally just and vitally important. With that, we can embrace life and live joyfully as the Creator intended. Divinity is the secret. Secure it, and no room exists for anything less. Remember, “natural (God gifted) intelligence is always superior to artificial intelligence.”
Spiritual Ascendance
Those foundational underpinnings bring us to the point of deliverance. Nature has given us all that we need to achieve free societies but has left it to us to make it happen.
Our value-driven spiritual power lets us control conditions and determine our lifestyle. It allows us to decide our destiny and bring it to fruition.
That spiritually cohesive dynamic enables us to share and unite with others independently. Personal and societal transformation is ours to enjoy. By awakening your mind to its dynamic powers, you unleash your potential to thrive and contribute to humanity's glorious future as a founder.
Our task is to grasp nature's invitation to live a joyous life filled with happiness, excitement, peace and joy – the spiritual and material reason for your conscious process. All you need to do is engage it. There is no longer any need for legislation and statute laws, especially given that 'no mind can rule another', whereby all trespass of our rights is forbidden.

We are the architects of the future, as our offspring will testify, but only if we choose.
Any government that erects multitudes of parasitic bureaucracies that drain the budget badger the people, confuse their minds, and eat out their substance, resulting in desperation and homelessness, even suicide, is criminally liable, including all corporate entities illegitimately posing as the government. When statutes constrain men and women contrary to their nature by any fictional or covert invention, when criminal abuse, usurpations, and violation of Man’s Right to life reduce existence to animal-like status under absolute despotism, cessation of insufferable criminal evil demands. Such crimes are the ‘moral right to rule’ and ‘immoral wrong to refuse rule’ — historical facts open to all seekers of truth, no need to re-state any; all crimes against humanity, by action confessed.

Sovereignty is individual
Self-reliant people are self-focused. They master their abilities, minds, ambitions, imagination, values, thoughts, actions, and emotions. They exemplify respect and morality for all others.
These sovereign people apply Life values such as diligence, discipline, courage, and integrity, all in pursuit of practical, moral, and spiritual thriving. They accept full responsibility and liability for their actions. Every mental and emotional reward signifies success. Perfection is not demanded. Instead, an exemplary attitude toward life, a spiritual mindedness resulting in ethical thought, leading to just actions and behaviour, and a will to correct errors should they occur are required.
These people set their desires, ambitions, and values on human nature and life, rightfully and lawfully establishing that all challengers must refer any dispute to their Creator.
Personal sovereignty means accepting no external authority and issuing none. The title of sovereign is earned through mental application, diligence, discipline, and the constructive pursuit of a moral existence. It is enacting a masterly fulfilling life, not displaying egotistic acclamations, certificates of achievement or nobility status.
A true sovereign embodies natural law, morality, ethics and natural justice—a person who leads people into more significant states of freedom by their example. That example is their badge of honour. None else is needed.
Education is an investment in oneself
Almost every book on human science, psychology, and philosophy is called to account.
Authors, academics, teachers, psychologists, psychiatrists, videographers, lecturers, indeed all practitioners of education may now embark on the most fascinating journey in human history. Their studies and abilities will reshape our understanding of self, life, rights, ethics and morality, sovereignty, justice, sociology, philosophy, society, and reality in a storm of truth that nothing will excel, nor can it. Then, individual life will replace (collectivised) society as the benchmark for determining people's ethical thoughts. Resultant moral actions will set examples for others to follow.
In sum, our consciousness process is the means to revere one's life and excel in one's chosen endeavours.

Natural law is the only law
The natural law of the human world is not a legal system. It appears that we must get away from the prevailing conception of law as a legal system if we want to study and discuss the natural law of the human world. We have to get rid of those elements that properly belong only to the sphere of legal phenomena and not to the sphere of lawful phenomena. In short, to get a pure concept of law we have to separate the legal from the lawful, legality from lawfulness.

Natural law definition for emancipated freedom
Natural law is the set of universal, eternal and immutable conditions governing behavioural consequences of volitionally conscious beings. Absent compliance with these maxims inherent in the nature and state of Man, the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved.
Declaration of Independence
A decent respect for people’s immutable, natural born ‘right to life’ makes it imperative they unilaterally dissolve the political bands that once united them, declare the causes that impel them to the separation, and formulate new Protections entirely founded on the principles and just powers of the immutable Laws of Nature and Nature’s God intrinsic within the people’s born nature.
Patient sufferance of all peoples, recently exacerbated by democide, necessarily adjures that they recognise and learn the truth of their nature and use the Societal model gifted by their Creator to institute free societies on earth. Such will result in the demise and disappearance of all authoritarian government systems, indeed the very concept of government, thereby arresting the establishment of an absolute tyranny over the people vested in communistic world control; a ‘new world order.’ As proof thereof, people now submit the facts of human nature to a candid world, thus cancelling the violation of man’s right to life and its sustenance. Emancipated freedom results.
A Protecture Society
The proposed Crest for Protecture Societies is also known as the Fountain of Freedom.
Twin fountain sprays emerge from a Lotus flower, recognised worldwide as symbolising purity, spiritual enlightenment, and rebirth. These freedom sprays symbolise our unalienable right to life, inalienable property right, and our (equal) masculinity and femininity.
The ten left and right streams symbolise the twenty natural (counterpart) laws, each droplet signifying our individuality and independence, as well as the many first nations within the land of the Australian continent.
The deep blue circle represents the night sky and doubles to show that Terra Australis is the largest island continent in the world. Seven stars, each with seven points, represent the seven states of Australia. The golden sun is a First Nations colour, as for Uluru over which it is placed. Twin kangaroos are the animal symbol of freedom on the land, indicating that the fountain falls on freedom of action. Uluru is the red centre of Australia — (where the sun is placed on the map.) The banner scroll is green and gold, Australia’s sporting team colours.
The (Indigenous First Nations) boomerang cradles the crest as its foundation. Black gold and red are the First Nations' colours. Repeat outer ends symbolise the equality of all people. The boomerang centre represents the uniqueness of expression plus unity, harmony, and order as representative of Ius Naturale (intrinsic natural law), which, being natural, is the Law of the land. [The boomerang artwork is to be confirmed by a First Nation artist to symbolise spirituality and the law of the land.]
No artificiality, politic, empire, bloodline, or invented monarchical symbology has any place for emancipated freedom.

The Constitution - for emancipated freedom
Constitutional authors have much to consider about free societies, but the principles are clear-cut in our human nature.
Importantly, if a body of people is elected to protect existing natural laws, that (Protecture) body cannot legislate itself into becoming a 'ruling instrumentality' that countermands nature, the principle,' whosoever does not preserve their own life, abdicates it,' is no less accurate for society.
Societal Regeneration for emancipated freedom is not a new form of government. It is a radical change to self-governance under all states and the National Protecture umbrella, all of which are commissioned to protect people's freedom, comfort, and security, as well as their unalienable right to life and inalienable right to property that sustains it. My proposal is complete.

Ius Naturalis Masters
Intrinsic natural law (ius naturale) encrypted in human nature exhorts the institution of natural law societies where living men and women are responsibly and accountably free from any authoritarian state.
Committed devotees of intrinsic natural law can become members of a global natural law society known as ‘Ius Naturalis Masters.’ They commit to becoming a master of ‘natural law’ (Latin: ius naturale) through reading, research and study, advancing natural law education through individualism, which requires knowing how our operating system functions.
Availing themselves of this (presently) hidden knowledge and its immutable nature, the people of all nations and countries. will become unequivocally and eternally free from all artificial order and authority. That is emancipated freedom. Free societies will be born of nature within masterful guidance, just as we all are born of nature into the jurisdiction of life.
Volunteer members of the Ius Naturalis Masters global society will cooperatively work to uphold lasting protection of life and property for all living men and women. Becoming unequivocally and eternally free from all artificial order and authority, no dispute save to nature or nature's God, these people will establish free societies that will exist thousands of years from now. Such societies will be born of nature as we are born into the jurisdiction of life, thus allowing authoritarian regimes to fade into history.
Ius Naturale Masters - Foundational Tenets
‘Ius Naturalis Masters’ accept the following…
1. Every man, woman and child is born of nature into the ‘jurisdiction’ of life, being what we each are, our identity.
2. Life is upheld by twenty immutable governing laws encrypted in our nature, unable to be removed by any means.
3. None of these governing laws prescribe, rule, or command any man or woman; instead, physiologically or emotionally reproving or endorsing the consequences of their actions and behaviour.
4. Personal benefits and advantages accrue from choosing and employing foundational spiritual values in thinking and acting; hence, ethical thought, moral and just behaviour.
5. Respectful and accountable free will is constructive and collaborative. Self-respect is respect for others — respect for others is respect for oneself.
6. Every man and woman's unalienable right to life and inalienable right to the fruits of their labour are inherent and immutable. Rights are individual, not collective.
7. To trespass natural law is to relinquish one’s freedom as an outlaw voluntarily; thus, one’s uncoerced agreement is to be held accountable for recompense or remediation according to natural justice.
8. As natural law masters of our lives and chosen futures, our will to protect others' freedom ensures our own.
9. Whosoever lives, upholds and protects natural law is free; those who do not are not.
10. No one decides justice; it just is.
Masters Affirmation Of Integrity and Vow
For emancipated freedom
I hereby affirm with integrity my fervent desire to discover, learn, practice and uphold the founding precepts of intrinsic natural law wherein no authority is granted any individual to command another; all statutes and commandments refused; no man or woman a human agent; no legal or other instrument presiding contrary. Perfection is not demanded, notwithstanding, respect for different men's and women’s rights means no one can offend through any application of his or her own.
Having chosen to be a Master of the Ius Naturale Global Society, I voluntarily vow to uphold lasting protection of life and property for all living men and women established within the Source Creator’s intrinsic natural laws of proven and perfected societal governing as the ‘separate and equal station to which the laws of nature or nature's God entitle each man and woman;’ unequivocally and eternally free from all artificial order and authority, no dispute save to nature’s source creator.
With steadfast integrity within my immutable right to life and its protections, I humbly pledge my sacred honour to my fellow men and women; this is my solemn Declaration of Independence as a private member of the Global Society of Ius Naturale Masters.
National Flag
The proposed Flag has three parts:
Life, Freedom, and Locality.
The sun echoes the First Nations flag and signifies light as the source of life. The stylised kangaroo is recognised worldwide as Australia but differs from the Qantas Airline insignia. It also means individual freedom of action.
According to a recorded photograph, the Southern Cross stars include four- seven-point stars and one five-point star here dimensioned to the size and position as photographed. The red colour signifies (red) country, while the dark blue represents the night sky, indicating that the Australian continent is surrounded by water. The singular kangaroo testifies to “individual freedom”; hence, collectivism and (societal) liberty are rejected.
Flag proportions are yet to be agreed upon; nonetheless, life, freedom, and locality predominate in identifying the Australian continent, hence the First Nations people's connection to the land. Nothing references the UN, Vatican, UK or any man-made inventions, although the red, white and blue colours (4–total) echo the previous flag and conform to accepted design conventions.
