6. Intrinsic natural law
Intrinsic natural law is inherent to human nature. Still, few people know it exists because they’re taught that statutes and legislation are ‘Law.’ Many people would like to live in freedom and to choose a path in life as their Creator intended respectfully. They also sense that political domination and control seriously inhibit that choice today through regulatory imposts, which have markedly increased over the past four years. Many people claim to be awake, but if any past political structure had protected people’s rights and freedoms as it should, the world would not have plummeted towards destruction. Authoritative top-down rule has presided over the world for centuries. And because no one considers any alternative possible, none is sought.
Tyranny commands
Tyranny has full reign, immune from all challenge, arrest, or elimination. Evil escalates with no obstacles. The source is easy to find, namely maritime law applied to the populace. In that, your strawman is an invention, a fake fictional entity that uses your name in all CAPS. Its fraud is created through your birth certificate when you were born and when you were unable to refuse it. Purportedly, you now exist as a dead legal entity; and in these legal courtrooms, there is no word for a man or a woman. No living people are recognised. Only dead fictions are.
Rousseau’s philosophy (previously quoted) is today’s authoritarian rule. Most people believe that freedom is dangerous and happily agree to sacrifice their nature to an artificial condition of citizenship ruled by legal compulsion. Thus, by legal definition, human nature no longer exists. Everyone is a fake legality – a dead fictional entity created to be governed without natural rights.
Thus, men and women no longer exist. That (evil) insanity denies that living men, women and children perform every human action. No matter how much authoritarians protest that (the rule of law) legality prevails above all else, dead fictions cannot act at all.
Tyrants have no legitimacy because they first had to become a villain by choice to victimise you. They had to abandon their born nature to rule yours! They walked out on life voluntarily: You didn’t. They chose to relinquish their born nature: You didn’t.
That done, the more they defend the idiocy of artificial straw men, citizens and persons, the more they express their complete ignorance of life, which attests to their incompetence to hold any public office. That is but one example of how natural justice works.
Authoritarian Rule is evil
Authoritarians have for centuries fostered the notion that ‘rule’ is entirely ‘lawful.’ So they contemptuously refer to the ‘rule of law’ as supreme. Since nothing ranks higher, that statement is nothing but their invented legal permission to plunder all human life, absent all rebuttal immnune from all criminal charges.
Thereafter, the people have no appeal but through the legal mechanism initiating their grievance. Justice is a misnomer serving only to uphold state rule.
People justice does not presently exist. No statute is worth the paper it is printed on, which means no indemnity can apply to a legal ‘office.’
The individual man or woman who, from their ‘public office’, committed any trespass or crime against humanity is responsible; mitigating circumstances accepted. Every human action is done by an individual man or woman, regardless of legal argument to the contrary. Therefore, no legal protection or indemnity is possible. (See the Nuremberg Tribunals for evidence.) Centuries go by, and no one sees the obvious error–
Any nation that elects to be ruled by force deserves all the tyranny its rulers initiate.
How do we resist? How do we reclaim ourselves? We don't! Because to do so falsely credits all forced oppression as legitimate. Initiated force is plain evil. To seek reprieve from evil is to admit its validity and its worth. It holds no value or power but what we grant it.
Outlaws by choice
Had we been taught that we are all born into the jurisdiction of life, we would have recognised that those like Rousseau, who advocate a society structured on the premise of death, have freely chosen to refute their (born) nature. Does that realisation point to a constructive ‘Constitution’ lawfully upholding freedom? Damn right, it does, and to the exclusion of all else! Overcoming tyrannical rule is eminently doable: standing on two feet, using your head, heart, and your complete conscious process.
What will you choose?
Most people want political and societal change, but authoritarian rule that has failed man for centuries is all they know. Are you among those who accept that roadblock, or are you ready to discover your true nature as a living man or woman and use the Creator’s gifts to change society so that you and your offspring can prosper and thrive in ways never dreamt? One of the biggest threats to our freedom as humanity is not a virus or the vaccine but a congenital disease affecting a large percentage of the global population. It is called Cognitive Dissonance.
This disease turns people into the prison guards of their own prisons of the mind. They are blind and deaf to anything that contradicts the narrative of the propaganda they digest daily from mainstream media. Obediently marching to the beat of the drum of the global elite's instructions. Marching towards their demise, believing fully that they are doing the right thing. —Michael Tellinger
What is law exactly
Frank van Dun is a philosopher of law. He distinguishes the Latin word ‘lex’ from the Latin word ‘ius,’ both translated to mean ‘Law.’ Lex initially meant the mobilisation of armies, hence to ‘command.’ Ius refers to a bond between two or more people, their voluntary commitment to work toward a common purpose without interference.
Thus, ‘law’ as we know it results from Rousseau’s ideology manifesting as Tellinger describes. Over time, the authoritarian commands issued under Lex, commonly but falsely known as ‘Law’ were (sometimes) challenged as having no foundation in nature, that which ‘Common Law’ reputedly relied on. That challenge resulted in the term “Lex Naturalis,” intended to give lawful legitimacy to authoritarian rule, aka ‘Law.’
Van Dun’s articles ‘Natural Law’ and ‘The Lawful and the Legal’ explain these matters thoroughly, and both deserve your study. He describes in detail how Lex is authoritarian control (command) (by governments) of creativity, productivity, and production.
That entirely denies the legitimacy of ‘ius’ as a (common bond) agreement between people to uphold and preserve creativity, productivity and production.
Intrinsic natural law and Jurisprudence
My findings concur with van Dun. He addresses lawful jurisprudence, which is the philosophy of law, precisely the philosophy of ‘Ius Naturale’ which is intrinsic natural law. Once grasped that people voluntarily agree to invoke authoritarian rule, that very choice or decision outlaws any choice to overrule such decisions. For that reason, he concludes that ‘Ius Naturale’ precedes any attempts to instrument “Lex Naturalis.” Hence, the matter of law and its meaning are now closed.
“Laws are patterns of order. Hence, Natural Laws are patterns of natural order. Thus, Natural Law is the natural order of persons, human beings that are capable of rational, purposive action, speech and thought….”
The natural law of the human world is not a legal system. It appears that we must get away from the prevailing conception of law as a legal system if we want to study and discuss the natural law of the human world. We have to get rid of those elements that properly belong only to the sphere of legal phenomena and not to the sphere of lawful phenomena. In short, to get a pure concept of law we have to separate the legal from the lawful, legality from lawfulness.
Law is not a prescription telling us, how we ought to behave. Law is a natural fact, and law is natural law and nothing else.” —Frank van Dun - philosopher of law.
Van Dun’s conclusions are mine exactly as revealed by the conscious process.
Awakening to Intrinsic Natural law – Ius Naturale
Orderliness within our biological and psychological nature is ‘natural law’ exactly. None prescribe or command, else no free will could exist. These laws govern the consequences of our actions and behaviour and objectively determine ethics and morality in support of life’s necessities and human spirituality.
Our conscious process is incredibly complex, yet infants can program their subconscious mind without words, math or science. You’ve done that and proven it even before you could speak. Does that explain how people are richly blessed beyond anything taught? Damn right! Per the definition above, the conscious process reveals twenty natural laws fully supportive of life-upholding values. None of these governing laws authoritatively rule or command your actions. They cannot, or else you are not free. All teach us how to self-govern our lives. All teach respect for our fellow man. All concern the value of life. All testify to spiritual values.
Do you now see how the problem is spiritual and not political? The Creator's laws are intrinsically immutable. They are man's guidance, the teachers and mentors of self-governance.
Natural law theory fails
This realisation inverts present-day ‘natural law theories,’ which reside on the notion that ‘morality prescribes what natural law is.’ The exact reverse is true. Natural law prescribes morality objectively, as it concerns life.
The harmony of natural law reveals an intelligence of such superiority that compared with it, all the thinking and acting of human beings is an utterly insignificant reflection. — Albert Einstein.
Tragically, the real meaning of Law will remain hidden so long as human and sociological sciences refuse the study of human consciousness. We all suffer. Fortunately, that resolve leaves bogus philosophies and erroneous teachings floundering in the falsities of their inventions, each having only one court of appeal — nature herself. Do you see the fundamental flaw? It means your mind is biased, whereby you’ve no free will.
The opposite is true. Intrinsic (inbuilt) natural Law determines morality, both immutably bestowed by the Creator. That precludes us from deciding what natural Law and morality are. Our free will and intrinsic certainty renders natural law theory obsolete.
No one is above the Law.
The statement, “No one is above the law,” now assumes new and vital significance. When statutes and legislation authoritatively rule us under that banner, no one is above being ruled, and our fate is sealed.
On the contrary, that banner, when applied to intrinsic natural Law, aka ius naturale, means no one can overrule “nature or Nature’s God,” to use Thomas Jefferson’s famous expression. There can be no dispute without relinquishing one’s nature, thus nullifying all disputes.
“Nature, to be commanded, must be obeyed.” —Francis Bacon
Twenty natural laws uphold our free will, imagination, creativity, and efficiency. It is incumbent on each of us to learn and practice these truths in our personal lives. As the very beneficial interface between the material world and our soul, they are nature’s invitation to live true to ourselves, within the equal rights of all others.
Intrinsic natural Law is all-encompassing
Do you see? Once we learn how the conscious process works, including its twenty governing laws, countless law libraries and a million law books are rendered obsolete.
There can be no opposition to freedom because no tyrant has a leg to stand on. Fiction will not suffice. Trespass of one’s nature by legal compulsion violates (intrinsic) Natural Law. Those who step outside natural Law are outlaws, and outlaws are not free.
It is beyond the scope of this article to explain all; nevertheless, some fundamentals of natural law demand expression. Ten fundamental tenets apply to all twenty natural laws. Here are a few.
- Natural Law is of Man, not for Man — to be respected, not obeyed.
- Natural Law is objective, not subjective; it upholds independent human life, grants no authority and issues none.
- Natural Law seeks integrity, refuses all authority, and admits no trespass.
- Natural Law is unerasably within nature. It governs the behavioural consequences of our actions.
Four groups appear when the twenty natural laws are arranged in a circle according to the sequence shown in the Value Transfer Wave.
Each of the first two groups (thus, each of the first ten natural laws) has a diagonal counterpart. That is nature’s design, not mine. Order and orderliness are crystal clear; hence, ‘ius naturale’ – natural law.
The most significant (intrinsic) natural Law is the ‘law of no trespass.’ It does not make the ‘Non-Aggression Principle (NAP)’ redundant. Instead, it adds the source Creator’s authenticity and truth, which makes it impossible to refute or overrule. Authoritarian rule is outlawed, as my books describe.
Societal Implications of Natural Law
Intrinsic Natural Law is the natural order of human beings, capable of rational, purposive action, speech and thought, the natural order of the human world, expressing method, system, process, order, equality, uniqueness, all inviting of free choice, within free and cooperative rightful action.
Individual right to life is our unalienable right to the action of living, the faculties of movement, feeling, thought, and speech, without usurping or violating the unalienable rights of any other. Where the rights of all others are respected, no one can offend by any application of his own.
Independent faculty is guaranteed, including individual responsibility, liability, and accountability; actioned consequences are inescapable. Respect for the lives of others reciprocally ensures one’s own, never sacrificing life’s supreme value to anything lesser.
No authority is granted to any individual to command another. Likewise, all commandments are refused; no man or woman is a human agent. No legal or other instrument may preside contrary. Publicly proven actions and behaviour that violate another's right to life confess immorality, immoral action(s) and trespass of natural Law.
Criminal action forfeits freedom, by which rightful justice is acquired by the victim, without which no rights and no freedoms can exist. Whosoever chooses to step outside natural Law decides to be an outlaw, and by that action, they agree to suffer all consequences arising. All (initiated) force, fraud, or coercion is subject to arrest. Actioned trespass of natural Law admits to lawful arrest of that action by others, plus one’s agreement to remediate harm and endure restoration respectful of that transgression.
Natural justice, remediation, and recompense abide by intrinsic natural Law. All problems are resolved by diplomatic negotiation or appointing a judge or arbitrator. No convivial, organic order can wage war.
Natural Law issues no commands and accepts none, much like the laws of gravity, physics and biology. Human biology, particularly consciousness, teaches that natural Law exists so we can prosper and thrive. No one can debate the factual benefits of our gift from nature when it perfectly synchronises our breathing, lungs, lips and larynx with our chosen speech.
Fourteen (intrinsic) natural laws are for our great personal benefit. Three more prevent our train from falling off the rails, and three more exist to put it back should it fall off.
For such profitable benefits, these laws are to be deeply respected and loved, not shot to bits by tyrannical parasites or hidden from public view by conscious ignorance. Indeed, they are more vital than reading or writing and should properly exist in all educational curricula, making them fundamental prerequisites for anyone holding any public office.
Because natural laws are factually encrypted in our nature and govern the consequences of our behaviour and actions, they can now be intrinsically defined.
Natural Law is the set of universal, eternal and immutable precepts governing behavioural consequences of volitionally conscious beings. Absent compliance with these maxims inherent in man's nature, the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved.
