Why is ‘death’ the hallmark of today’s legal system?

Life is the supreme value precisely because you’re braver than you believe, more powerful than you’ve concluded, more intelligent than you think, and blessed beyond anything ever taught. Your life begs more vital questions–

Why is the legal system founded on (fictional) dead entities identified by birth certificates and driver’s licenses? The reason is that nature has forbidden ‘life’ to be forcibly ruled. The only way authoritarian tyrants could bypass nature’s forbiddance was to invent a fictional ‘death system’ and compel people’s participation, non-sensibly if not unlawfully, claiming they consented. That belligerently immoral, if not criminal outcome, defies belief.

Tragically, primarily by nescient default, we permit authorities to enforce compliance with their invented statutes, resulting in our perpetuated enslavement. Worse yet, the more we support ‘natural law theory,’ which purportedly props up ‘common law,’ the more we endorse authoritarian control of our free will.

Enough already!

We are not born ‘stateless’ as many people claim. Every man and woman is born into the ‘jurisdiction of life.’ We are born of nature into a state of nature, so we can live as it determines! Natural governing laws sustain and uphold life; altogether source the Creator’s loving invitation to ‘Live.’

Our position is now crystal clear. Sociopaths invented the straw-man concept, a ‘legal politic based on death.’ They invented birth certificates to identify something never born, forcing everyone to accept death as their identity, with no escape possible. (Think death certificates.)

“Those who step outside natural law are self-confessed outlaws.” — Frank van dun

Do you see what really happened? Psychopathic tyrants (elected to government) voluntarily sacrificed their lives to a ‘lifeless’ system, meaning all their statutes are ‘worthless.’ To legalise a fiction as real, instantly invalidates it. Fantasy has no power, and it never will!

You who prattle that morality is social and that man would need no morality on a desert island—it is on a desert island that he would need it most. Let him try to claim, when there are no victims to pay for it, that a rock is a house, that sand is clothing, that food will drop into his mouth without cause or effort, that he will collect a harvest tomorrow by devouring his stock seed today—and reality will wipe him out, as he deserves; reality will show him that life is a value to be bought and that thinking is the only coin noble enough to buy it. —Ayn Rand.

Thomas Jefferson correctly identified that ‘nature’s source Creator,’ conferred divine rights on every individual man, woman, and child, not on an institutional body or government. Today’s tragedy arose from people not protecting their rights and freedoms, fully allowing the government to invent their interpretation of rights via statutes and legislation. The problem all authoritarian rulers face is that (the Creator’s) ‘intrinsic natural law’ issues no authority and accepts none.

The good news is that people now have (innate) proof that ‘Protection’ is intrinsically encoded within us, making it impossible to erase, even by DNA pirates.

Our living nature is our Creator’s model for human society.

All who speak in today’s heinous (legal) law courts and parliaments refute their (legally accepted) nature just by speaking in their born nature, which smashes their (legal) argument. Fictional entities cannot talk.

That comprehension is dynamite. It blasts all legality in defiance of human nature into oblivion.

Our task henceforth is to ensure those confrontational trespassers of life face the consequences of their freely chosen actions, according to the Nuremberg rulings; no escape possible. Our remedy is Natural law #1, – the law of identity.

Ayn Rand summed freedom from force and coercion perfectly, as well as our duty to ourselves and our respect for spiritual values and all others.

You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality. To live, man must hold three things as the supreme and ruling values of his life: Reason—Purpose—Self-esteem. Reason, as his only tool of knowledge—Purpose, as his choice of the happiness which that tool must proceed to achieve—Self-esteem, as his inviolate certainty that his mind is competent to think and his person is worthy of happiness, which means: is worthy of living. These three values imply and require all of man’s virtues, and all his virtues pertain to the relation of existence and consciousness: rationality, independence, integrity, honesty, justice, productiveness, pride.—Ayn Rand.

Life is the supreme value. Without life, nothing is of value. Allowing people to command our moral, spiritual, and material values voluntarily relinquishes our lives to predators. The time has come to face reality and our identity head-on and accept its consequences. Only then can we begin to fashion our choices, determine our morality and spirituality, and enjoy the rewarding consequences of our actions fully as our Creator intended we should.

When the people of Australia do that, they will stamp the phrase ‘free nation’ on the world map, becoming the first country in the world to do so. Nothing less will suffice.

Life is the bottom line. Natural law exists innately within ourselves for the sole purpose of sustaining and enriching it. Free will is the architect of your life; all else takes second place.

When you grasp that natural law is not about crime but concerns the beauty and fullness of spiritual life on a material plane, you will have consciously advanced more in two milliseconds than humanity has in two centuries!

Life prompts us to identify the vital nature of ourselves and what life is so we can identify what we ought to enact for our most life-upholding values and benefits. Pretence, no matter how small, is self-defeating.

Conscious nescience

In common usage, the word ‘consciousness’ means ‘awareness,’ yet that is only about one percent of the whole conscious process! Dictionaries also ineptly define consciousness as ’awareness.’ Worse yet, academia freely admits it does not know what consciousness is or how it works.

“It is impossible to specify what consciousness is, what it does, or why it evolved. Nothing worth reading has been written on it.” —Stuart Sutherland - British psychologist.

Conscious hijack

It is easy for people to brush aside terms like nescience and to say, “Get real, everyone knows what consciousness is.” But to know nothing of consciousness, nothing about our ignorance, less about its correction, much less how to prevent its reoccurrence, should have us all in arms! Meanwhile, so-called ‘spiritual healers’ speak of raising our consciousness, increasing our vibrations, energetics, and more senseless notions such as ‘group consciousness,’ despite none describing what consciousness is, much less how it works! So what is nescience?

  • Conscious ignorance is apathetically not troubling to find out what consciousness is.
  • Nescience results from us not being taught because no one knows anything about the subject.

Nescient people are not generally ignorant but denied knowledge instead. This unspeakable tragedy conceals almost unbelievable personal benefits while generating distrust, anxiety, stress, trauma, and even mental illness.

Remedy

Men and women who overcome this problem through knowledge can harmonise all their mental and creative abilities – on autopilot! Spiritual joy then blossoms as stress fades to almost nil. Freedom explodes as never before, while responsibility for all actions prompts due diligence. My book ‘Conscious Ascendance’ explains it.
