The ‘Jurisdiction of life’ is not a well known phrase. It refers to the fact that you were born into nature and not into an invented political or state jurisdiction, dominion, rule or legislation.  

Political compliance

To that end, nature had to be by-passed or countermanded in order for authoritarians to rule. For that purpose authoritarian rulers invented ‘legal entities’ in the form of a proxy, a persona, hence the word person, also known today as the straw man. That invention is a fiction. The only way authoritarian tyrants could bypass the nature of life was to invent a fictional ‘death system’ and compel your participation; at all times claiming you consented. Government birth certificates do not vouch for your life. They certify an invented legal entity that was never born, which, by definition, is dead! Birth certificates are a fraud. They certify a dead entity known as your straw-man. People are thereby indoctrinated to ‘act’ in the ‘role’ of a legal ‘person,’ which is an artificial creation of the State,  a debtor serving as ‘surety’ for the corporate debt of YOUR NATION (INC.). 

People are trained from an early age to accept authority as normal. Accordingly most people exist in a culture of submission and conformity, allowing numerous aspects of their lives to be controlled by the Government. The populace is thereby manipulated to become dependent (debt-money), and conditioned to become fearful (racism, terrorism, and wars). The manner and appearance of ‘authority’ is usually intimidating by design, while the language of legal fiction commerce (Legalese) is deceptive.

Born to live in the jurisdiction of Life

Notwithstanding that artificial condition, all people are born into their own jurisdiction of body, mind, and soul, that being their (sole) power to make decisions and judgements in support of their own life. As a sentient man or woman you live within the parameters of natural governing laws responsively functioning within your living body and mind, and they uphold your free will choices. 

Your innate, immutable ’right to life’ is unalienable. It cannot be taken from you by any means whatsoever. Your ‘right to property,’ being the ‘fruits of your labour,’ is inalienable, meaning that property can be aliened, but the owner’s right to it never removed.

Personal Sovereignty

Every man, woman and child is born in the Jurisdiction of Life , often referred to as ’in the private.’ Insofar as your actions are moral and honourable, causing no harm or loss, you are a ‘sovereign’ being within this jurisdiction of life. Sovereign status is best defined as ‘possessing supreme or ultimate power to act independently and without outside interference.’

Any immoral, dishonourable, or harmful action immediately cancels one’s sovereignty, because the ‘power’ to act independently devolves from freedom, conditional upon full responsibility and accountability that occasions no harm or loss.

Only a handful of people comprehend that every man and woman is born into the jurisdiction of life. We are born of nature - so we can live as our nature determines! 

Authoritarian Rule without your consent

The word ‘life’ is the operative word; the word ‘private’ merely a distinction made necessary by the assembly of people that comprise the public institution of government. Its ‘Public Servants,’ and its various artificial creations are ‘in the public,’ including its artificial legal ‘persons.’

These facts show the cage that political tyrants have put people in.

• Sociopaths invented the straw-man concept. You didn’t.
• They invented a legal jurisdiction based on death. You didn’t.
• They invented birth certificates to identify a ‘person’ never born. You didn’t
• They force everyone to accept death as their identity — and leave you no escape.

An artificial legal ‘person’ is dead, under the foreign Admiralty Maritime Jurisdiction, the international ‘Law of the Sea.’

Coercion and force is never your consent. Tacit consent is an abomination, and that raises a very serious question. Why is ‘death’ the hall mark of the legal system? Why is the legal system founded on dead entities? It is because the laws of nature or nature's God forbid that ‘life’ be forcibly ruled. Now the fundamental truth emerges. These sociopathic tyrants sacrificed their own lives to a lifeless system. But you didn’t.

The conclusion is crystal clear.

All statutes made by those who volunteer to be lifeless — are completely worthless.

• To legalise a fiction as real — instantly invalidates it.
• Fantasy has no power — and it never will!
• Positive law is incompatible with Natural law.
• Natural Law issues no authority and accepts none.

The tragedy is that the more we support natural law theory, which purportedly props up ‘common law,’ the more we endorse authoritarian control of our free will. So we permit authorities to enforce compliance with their invented statutes, resulting in perpetuated slavery, all sanctioned by our ignorance.
