Sociological advantages from intrinsic natural law are unrecognised because it is unknown. It remain that just as our bodily nature is a science, ethics and morality should be treated likewise because both derive from our conscious nature. Accordingly, both are removed from subjective or consensus opinion and state meddling, whereby sociology should properly be reappraised.

An ethical code (or science) means choosing to master oneself through life-honouring thoughts, desires and ambitions, respect for self and the lives of all others. This tool of justice allows offenders to be steered back to an ethic-based morality, moral unity, and acceptance of others’ right to life. Recompense may be involved at times, although mitigating circumstances may prevail. No victimless crime can exist thus no penalties or restitution can be levied against such inventions.
