Nature’s governing laws are least known because law is considered the province of authority and government. What if law was actually defined within our nature and man-made legislation belonged to authority and government? That would change everything.
Let’s explore that idea. It is commonly believed that humanity is blessed by an innate propensity to do good; because we are ordinarily good by nature. This notion founds the natural law theory of morality held as the foundation of common law. In short, it holds that we each possess an innate morality which then prescribes the theory of ‘natural law.’ But that tells of a massive problem. No one seemingly comprehends that if our mind is biased and we’ve no free will. Cause and effect are reversed, and no one knows it.
Intrinsic natural law shows the exact reverse as true. Nature’s governing laws are innate. They point us toward morality but they are not morality itself. In truth, they govern our faculties to thus define ethics and morality. Because none rule, free will is upheld and protected absolutely!
Just as our hearts and lungs differ but work for the same purpose, so our conscious and subconscious minds are different, yet both work in unison to uphold life. A bond or obligation arises from their mutual commitment to uphold life, as bestowed by Creator. That (orderly) bond defines ‘ius naturale,’ which is natural law. It is an inseparable function of our nature, hence Nature’s governing laws.
So we are able to generate ethical thoughts, and those thoughts fuel our choices. Thereafter, our actions manifest our morality, or immorality. So mental efficacy, freedom, creative ability, emotional and spiritual joy are able to skyrocket, while stress diminishes to near nil.
Nature’s governing laws are intrinsic
It follows that ’Intrinsic natural law’ is not a product of the human mind, as innate morality theorises, rather it is an immutable property of the mind. It is Creator’s gift of the very means by which our mind functions. So we discover morality through thoughts and experiences; this invitation to prosper and thrive never taught before. No invention is necessary. Our discovery and practice is.
With that evidence, the word 'law' means order, whereby laws are patterns of order, hence natural laws are patterns of natural order. In the juristically relevant sense, these patterns of order enable us to indulge rational, purposive action, speech and thought. In short, natural law is the natural order of the human world.
When you grasp that intrinsic natural law is not about crime, instead that it concerns the beauty and fullness of a spiritual life on a material plane, you will consciously advance more in two milliseconds than humanity has in two centuries!
Natural orderliness
Just as our immune system works to preserve or restore natural orderliness, so the same natural orderliness of our physiological and psychological being exists to maintain our life with immutable, undivided, wholesome integrity. Feelings testify that purpose unmistakably.
At the personal level, ‘full consciousness’ puts our most fervent desires on auto-pilot. Mental strain is reduced to near nil, while emotional joy excels. At the social level, our nature offers twenty natural laws – Nature’s governing laws – that foster life, being every ethic that society could ever need, from comforts, through security and protection, to natural justice.
As a result, ’Intrinsic natural law’ turns the ‘natural law theory of morality’ on its head, so boosting its authenticity many-fold. Morality is thereby stripped from the public domain and placed in private domain where it rightfully belongs.
Nature’s governing laws are now simple and scientific. Your 'nature' is that of 'Life' expressing itself. There can be no debate without first rejecting your nature.
Thus achieved, societies such as we’ve never witnessed are ours for the will to build them. Societal ‘collectivism’ is categorically denied, while collaboration and cooperation are reinforced. We are within striking distance of expansive freedom, joy, peace, harmony, and spiritual attainment on a global scale. A severe warning is equally clear!
Until we awaken to the fulness of freedom, and the right to self-govern, and responsibly act upon that right, we will have neither rights, nor freedom.
Societal freedom requires knowledge of Nature’s governing laws and their incumbent responsibilities, plus actioned exercise of our right to sovereign self-mastery, within the individual rights and protection for all others.
Intrinsic Natural Law can now be defined as….
The set of universal, eternal and immutable conditions governing behavioural consequences of volitionally conscious beings. Absent respectful conformance with these precepts inherent in the nature and state of Man, the peace and happiness of society can never be preserved.
